This page covers the enrollment opt-in form on the Sourcery Training page. If you have not submitted that form, there is no form submission associated with you.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no analytics, advertising, tracking pixel, session recording, or cookie. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google. Netlify, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a short period as part of running the service.
What the enrollment opt-in form collects
Only what you type into it: your name and email.
Who reads it
The Remembrance Institute team responsible for Sourcery Training. Your details are not shared, sold, rented, or used to train any machine-learning model.
Where it is held
Submissions go to the Remembrance Codex GoHighLevel account and are stored on GoHighLevel's infrastructure in the United States. GoHighLevel acts as the processor; The Remembrance Institute is responsible for the form.
How long it is kept
Enrollment inquiries are deleted within twelve months of the training date. If you enroll, your name and email are kept as part of the Institute's ordinary records of who attended.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Write to zack@remembrancecodex.com and ask. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion without giving a reason.
Payment
No payment is taken in the opt-in form. After submitting, you continue to the separate GoHighLevel enrollment page, where any card details are handled by the payment processor and never by the embedded opt-in.
